If it's not right the first time, then we'll do our best to send you a replacement, free of charge, as quickly as possible.

 

  • Once you receive your package, make sure you open it up and inspect the gear. If there are any damages, defects, tears, misprints, or any kind of technical errors, make sure to take pictures and email them to us along with your order number and a description of what's wrong at support@looksaucy.com within 5 days of receiving your package.

 

  • Ideally, we want you to open your package and inspect your gear immediately. And if there are any defects, we want to know as quickly as possible so we can send you a replacement ASAP. This is because we want you to wear your new clothes and be happy.

 

  • We can only accept a return if there is a defect in the gear, like a tear in the print, misprint, damage, etc. And if you're adamant that you don't want a replacement and want a refund instead, then the following must be true:

    • A request for a return must happen within 5 day of receiving your package.
    •  Make sure to take pictures of the defect and email them to us along with a description of what's wrong and your order number at support@looksaucy.com.
    • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact. Any items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
    • We can't do size exchanges, so make sure you carefully review our sizing charts before placing your order to ensure the best fit. Just an FYI, most of our fits are true to US size, unless stated otherwise. The oversized gear will naturally fit a little big. That's the look.
    • If you qualify for a replacement, but don't want it and just want to return the item for a full refund, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item in our response email. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to email us within 5 days of receiving the package!
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Look, we're super excited for you to wear your new gear and be happy. That's all we really want, for you to look good, feel good, and be happy. So we'll do everything we can to make it right. Just let us know what's the problem and we'll go from there.
